Dolphin Dealer Services was founded in 2017 by my wife, Denise, and me.
After 35 years in retail automotive sales, management, and dealership development, we recognized an opportunity to help dealers and their employees identify and achieve the best path to long-term success.
We set out to build a truly invested agency—one that understands the challenges dealers and their teams face across every area of the store. From Sales and Service to F&I and Management, our coaching and training programs are designed to deliver measurable results.
Whether serving a franchise dealership or an independent dealer, we provide solutions tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and opportunities. We are proud of the relationships we have built over the years and remain committed to supporting every partner with professionalism, integrity, and care.
